Jen, Sharon and Jessica started the Diet Challenge in March 2006, when each of them
decided that it was time to get healthy. Since the challenge started,
Janelle, Bambi, Indera, Shanese, and Alexandra have joined.
The challenge works like this: at the end of a predetermined time frame (generally 6 weeks),
the challengers all weigh in. The person who has lost the greatest percentage of weight is
declared the winner and wins a predetermined prize from all the other dieters.

The Diet Challenge will be taking a break for the holidays. They will resume the challenge in January. Hopefully our challengers will not be playing "catch-up" after the break.
