Update

We have sad news. Sharon has asked to drop out of the challenge until further notice. She's been swamped with work and not able to be faithful to a diet. We will welcome her back with open arms as soon as her life as settled and she is able to re-commit to the diet challenge.

So, now it's just Jessica and Jen. Good luck ladies! And here are the current standings:

Jessica 196 (1 pound lost... 0.51%)
Jen 271.5 (1.5 pounds lost... 0.55%)

Jen is just barely in the lead after this first check in. Both contestants will weigh in again on July 15th and the final weigh in will be on July 31st.
