Challenge 4

Rules for Challenge 4:

1. Will run until August 30 with a mid-point weigh in on August 15th.
2. The winner will be the challenge with the greatest percentage of weight lost during the month.
3. The winner will receive $10 (in cash or gift certificate from choice of store) and a book from each challenger.
