Challenge begins

Losing 10 lbs. and keeping if off for a week. Sounds easy enough, but it will probably be very difficult for me. My weakness (because I'm too lazy to think ahead) is fast food. Since I refuse to lose, I guess I'll be stepping it up!

As of this morning I weighed in at 214, about 10 lbs down from my highest weight. I'm not exactly sure what my ultimate goal would be, but when I think about it 130-135 always comes to mind. That was my weight towards the end of highschool. At the time I thought I was huge, but I would love to be that size again. Problem is... I'm not sure that is realistic anymore. So my ultimate goal right now would be to fit into a size 12 or 10 (preferably). What weight I'd have to be to do that, I don't know. During my last big weight loss, I got down to 170 and a size 16.

One step at a time. I'll get there. We will all get there!
